PT Support Associate

Position Overview This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a high-volume retail environment. The incumbent will act as greeter, runner, cashier, phone operator, and stockroom associate, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient store operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Process sales transactions accurately as a cashier. Answer telephone inquiries and route calls as needed. Run errands throughout the store, including restocking and maintaining product displays. Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to facilitate product flow. Follow and uphold operational policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to deliver an excellent customer experience. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Occasionally travel overnight if required. Qualifications One to two years of experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail setting. Experience in stock management is a plus. Flexible and resourceful with strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs and perform other physical tasks for extended periods. Compensation USD 17.00–20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and location.
