This part-time contract role splits time between two vibrant elementary schools, offering a varied and engaging workweek. As a School Psychologist, you'll spend one day (8 hours) per week at each campus, focusing primarily on special education assessment to ensure that each student receives the resources and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist license or credential in Colorado
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Expertise in special education assessment, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and the ability to travel between two school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for special education eligibility
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement student support strategies
• Interpret test data and create detailed assessment reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education plans
• Provide consultative support to educators regarding interventions and accommodations
• Maintain confidential and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
