Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application design, development, and deployment using Java and React.

- Guide and mentor development teams through code reviews and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, technical solutioning, and release management.
