Location: Albion, NY 14411 Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Flexible Scheduling Required)
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
56 scheduled hours per week
Overtime may be available based on production needs.
Flexible scheduling is required.
Duration: Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Albion, NY. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible with their work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently while maintaining quality production standards.
- Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Produce quality products in accordance with production requirements.
- Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Previous machine operator experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be flexible and willing to work different shifts as business needs require.
