Location: Albion, NY 14411 Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Flexible Scheduling Required)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

56 scheduled hours per week

Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Flexible scheduling is required.

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Albion, NY. This position is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and flexible with their work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently while maintaining quality production standards.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Produce quality products in accordance with production requirements.
• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
• Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Previous machine operator experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must be flexible and willing to work different shifts as business needs require.
