Quality Inspector - 1st shift - M-F - 7am-4pm

This includes quality inspections for incoming inspections, in process inspections and final inspections. Job Responsibilities Perform process audits per defined control plans and react to non-conformances. Use various gauging devices to measure, inspect, and test product to ensure conformance with engineering drawing specifications and other material/finished good standards. Document inspection results using quality software, Excel, or SharePoint. Analyze inspection results with product stakeholders and follow non-conformance procedures for product containment and disposition. Participate in problem solving teams. Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition, complying with established 6S standards. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience are required. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand basic English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and quality control software. Excellent time-­management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to problem-­solve and make decisions per work instructions and documents. Ability to communicate with team members through verbal and written form. Ability to demonstrate basic math skills and use/test measuring equipment including, but not limited to, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauges, Rockwell hardness tester, optical comparator and templates, torque testing machine, gauge pins and blocks, and metallurgical equipment such as wet saws, grinders, and sample mounting equipment.
