Tax Counsel: Private Funds & Investment Structuring
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
A leading investment platform is seeking a tax attorney to support fund investments and related transactions. As a key advisor, you will analyze tax considerations, review partnership agreements, and provide guidance on tax implications. This role requires an active Pennsylvania Bar membership and a Juris Doctor, with preference for candidates holding an advanced tax degree.
