Estimator - Commercial Construction Raleigh / Durham, North Carolina A leading commercial General Contractor is seeking an Estimator to join its preconstruction team in the Raleigh‑Durham market. The company continues to expand throughout the region and is looking for an Estimator who wants to play a visible role in helping secure and shape future projects. Responsibilities Prepare conceptual, schematic, design‑development, and hard bid estimates Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals Develop scopes of work and bid packages Participate in value engineering and budgeting exercises Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams Assist with proposal preparation and project pursuits Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Qualifications 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Experience estimating ground‑up commercial projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Strong communication and analytical skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
