Salary: GBP 27,000 - GBP 28,000 per annum + Bonuses Work Life Balance Position: Supervisor Location: Croydon, supporting 3 other stores around the Croydon area Salary: £27,600 base + bonus potential of around £1,000 per year Driving licence: Preferred but not essential, as local transport links are good Are you passionate about exceptional customer service and ready to step into a varied leadership role? The Role As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding customer experience every day. The role will be primarily based in Croydon, with travel required to support three additional stores around the Croydon area. A full UK driving licence would be preferred, however this is not essential due to the strong local transport links between sites. Travel will be shared across the team where possible. Work pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with evenings off and reduced hours on Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities Maintain and elevate customer service standards. Ensure company and brand standards are consistently met. Follow all health and safety guidelines and operational procedures. Achieve store and company KPIs. Support the day-to-day running of the Croydon base store. Provide support across three additional stores around the Croydon area when required. Lead by example and help create a positive, customer-focused store environment. About You Enthusiastic and energetic, with a passion for delivering great service. Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, leisure or another service-focused environment. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to drive productivity and your own career progression during quieter trading periods. Comfortable supporting multiple stores around the Croydon area.
