Adecco Staffing is hiring Coating Machine Operators for a manufacturing company in Kennebunk, Maine. This is a hands-on manufacturing role operating specialized equipment used to process metal components.

Training provided. Temp-to-hire opportunity with the opportunity to learn specialized coating equipment and manufacturing processes.

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour + $1.50/hour shift differential | Weekly Pay.
Location: Kennebunk, ME
Shift: 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor specialized coating production equipment
• Load and unload metal parts and materials as required
• Follow detailed operating procedures and work instructions
• Monitor equipment and the coating process for proper operation
• Perform quality checks and identify any issues with parts or equipment
• Make basic adjustments as needed and report equipment concerns
• Complete required production and quality records
• Follow all safety and quality requirements
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
• Crosstrain on additional equipment and manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Experience working with production equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn specialized equipment
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
