Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics required.
- Experience using Theraoffice EMR preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift name: Days.
- Shift hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday.
- Float requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
