Onsite Credentialing Operations Specialist — Honolulu

Position: Credentialing Operations Specialist Location: Honolulu, HI Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $18/hour Experience: 1 year of administrative and/or clerical experience. 1 year of customer service experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Credentialing Operations Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Perform triage and validation of credentialing applications and documentation. Verify provider information to complete primary source verification as needed. Provide support with all credentialing processes and activities. Enter and update the Credentialing system and files. Process fax received, pick up mail, scan, and enter data for Intake. Maintain and monitor credentialing databases for day-to-day operations. Assists the staff with credentialing inquiries, providing responses and resolution in a timely manner. All other duties assigned. Position Requirements Data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proficient use and experience with Adobe products and programs. Ability to solve problems, analyze, think critically, and make good judgments. Professional telephonic etiquette, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
