Compensation: $44–$55/hour

Overview

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Williamstown, Massachusetts . This is a critical-need full-time position at a skilled nursing facility (SNF), offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of residents while working within a flexible scheduling environment.

The role offers approximately 35 hours per week , with the center open to discussing weekday and weekend scheduling options. We are willing to work with the right candidate to find a schedule that makes sense for both the clinician and the needs of the center.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy using appropriate evidence-based techniques

• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated

• Evaluate and treat communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, and other interdisciplinary professionals

• Participate in care planning and communicate resident progress

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies

• Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and quality of life

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Massachusetts SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• ASHA certification or eligibility preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Ability to work effectively independently and within an interdisciplinary team

• Flexibility with scheduling

Schedule Flexibility

This is a 35-hour-per-week full-time position , with flexibility around weekdays and weekends. The center is open to discussing scheduling preferences and finding an arrangement that works well for the right clinician.
