Operating Director – York, PA Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in‑home care company, has achieved remarkable growth in recent years. As we expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth, playing a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Full‑Time position. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, receiving ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed; monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners. In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: Oversee the office budget and reflect in profit and loss statements. Culture and Team: Create a workplace of choice, motivate and incentivize staff, and set the tone of team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Desire to leave behind a typical 8‑5 desk job.
