Compensation: Average annual total compensation of $80,000-$90,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for 30 service hours/week. A total of $45 to $70 per service.

Role and Responsibilities: An active NC Massage Therapist license an NC privilege license. Ability to carry massage therapy liability insurance. Customized treatment plans based on individual client's needs to deliver quality results. Create an exceptional experience of healing for each member/guest through routine visits and long-term treatment plans. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Compensation: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
