Description
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT certification and prior CT scanning experience for a hospital-based imaging department.
Details
- Work in a hospital CT Scan department
- Adult and pediatric patient population
- Weekend overnight shifts Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
- 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours per week
- 20-week contract assignment
- Preferred experience with Siemens Force and Siemens Drive CT equipment
- Uses PACS, IMPAX service tools, EPIC, and UNCH's EMR
- Performs IV contrast injection procedures
- No on-call requirement
- Every other holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited educational program in Radiological Science
- Must be registered with ARRT or registry eligible with diploma from accredited program provided
- Advanced certification in CT required
- Must become registered within one year of employment if registry eligible and maintain continuing education requirements
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required
- License required if applicable
- Prior education, training, and experience providing ability to perform assigned CT tasks
