Phlebotomist - Per Diem
$17.75 - $26 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a per diem phlebotomist for its Plainview location to perform blood collections and specimen processing across patient service centers. This casual position offers flexible scheduling Monday through Friday mornings with opportunities for growth within a global diagnostics leader.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
- Process billing information and collect payments
- Travel to additional sites as needed and provide customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $17.75-$26.00 per hour
