Diabetes Educator Dietitian: Empower Patient Care

Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care is seeking a Diabetes Educator Registered Dietitian to partner with providers and the care team to educate and support patients with diabetes in an outpatient setting. You will lead education sessions, coordinate with pharmacists and nutritionists, and contribute to a diabetes education program across the region.
