Position: Caregiver/Home Health Aide

About the Role:

As a Local Senior Caregiver, you will become an integral part of our clients' lives, offering companionship and assistance with daily activities. Your dedication will help them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance: Aid with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to promote independence.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare meals according to clients' preferences, including planning and grocery shopping.
• Light Housekeeping: Assist with tasks like housekeeping, laundry, and changing linens to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Companionship: Engage clients in social interactions to keep them connected and cared for in the comfort of their home.
• Transportation: Provide transportation and escort clients to medical appointments and social engagements.

Qualifications:

• Compassionate Nature: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact in their lives. (No Professional Caregiving Experience required)
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Communication Skills: Ability to listen and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required; we provide all necessary training.
