In this role, you will deliver high-quality dental hygiene services, support the dentist during exams, and contribute to developing personalized treatment plans based on your clinical findings.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience

Review dental care plans with patients and address any questions or concerns

Maintain strict sterilization protocols and comply with all safety standards

Review medical histories and record vital signs

Conduct preliminary exams and gather oral health histories

Assess patients for gum disease, tooth decay, and other oral health conditions

Perform dental cleanings, remove plaque, and apply fluoride treatments

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques

Take digital X-rays and dental impressions as needed

Assist the dentist during examinations, accurately chart findings, and help develop treatment plans

Contribute to an efficient, organized, and team-focused workflow

Qualifications

Registered Dental Hygienist License

Laser Certified

CPR Certified

At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene

Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a team-oriented environment

Our office is located in Schertz, Texas
