Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Therapy Programs: Assess patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans that support their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and essential daily tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close collaboration with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic care
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Educate patients and caregivers on effective therapy strategies to encourage continuous improvement at home
• Evaluate and Track Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track towards their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or additional certifications welcomed and supported

Licenses

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
