Forward Deployed Data Engineer
LaSalle Network is hiring a Forward Deployed Data Engineer for an innovative global organization redefining how enterprise data and AI solve real-world business challenges. What You'll Do
- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade data and AI solutions from concept through deployment
- Build scalable AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern agentic frameworks
- Design data pipelines, APIs and backend services supporting business-critical applications
- Develop LLM, RAG and AI-powered workflows that improve decision-making
- Partner directly with product, engineering and business leaders to define technical solutions
- Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams and technical roadmaps
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practices
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation
What You'll Need
- 6+ years of software or data engineering experience
- Expertise designing end-to-end data platforms and cloud-based architectures
- Strong Python development experience
- Experience building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, NoSQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience delivering solutions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
