We're seeking a data-curious, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Associate to support a cohesive, insight-led marketing strategy. This person will help connect brand storytelling with data-informed decisions, supporting cross-channel campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, stays closely attuned to the competitive landscape, and brings fresh ideas to the table as they grow into the marketing function.

In this role, you'll support the execution of growth marketing initiatives across offline and emerging digital media channels, working closely with and under the guidance of more experienced team members. You'll report to the Growth Marketing Manager and work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing.

What You'll Do

• Support execution of growth marketing initiatives across a variety of digital and offline media channels—potentially including Paid Social, Connected and Linear TV, and Digital Display—to drive new customer acquisition.
• Track performance KPIs (such as Unique Reach, CAC, LTV, and ROAS) within media platforms and internal reporting interfaces, and compile regular reporting to support the team's optimization efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Brand, Creative, Retention, and Site teams to support the seamless execution of integrated initiatives.
• Manage creative asset requests and campaign builds to support seamless execution across growth initiatives, escalating to your manager as needed.
• Manage daily pacing and optimization opportunities within core media channels, with support from Growth Marketing Manager.

We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing, ideally in a DTC eCommerce environment
• A developing performance mindset grounded in brand thinking; you're building an understanding of how to tell a compelling story while driving results
• An interest in staying up to date on what's cool and on trend in marketing channels and activations
• Familiarity with growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and excitement about learning the tools and frameworks used to measure and optimize them
• An interest in learning more mature measurement frameworks such as MMM and MTA
• Exposure to, or curiosity about, offline marketing strategies such as Connected TV, Digital Display, and Paid Social, as well as a genuine interest in emerging channels and new platforms
• A growing ability to execute effectively under guidance, with a desire to build strategic thinking skills over time.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with comfort working closely within your immediate team and with cross-functional partners

Compensation

Base salary range: $55,000–$70,000, plus equity. We take a consistent approach to our salary bands to ensure internal equity, and expect to make offers within this range. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and market data.
