This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Vision & Dental insurance Life insurance Retirement plan/ 401K Tuition reimbursement PTO/ sick time off Holiday pay Free meal for staff Employee Recognition Program Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 7a-7p/ 7p-7a – AL/MC Responsibilities Provide day-to-day clinical oversight and guidance to caregiving staff, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with community policies. Monitor residents for medical, functional, and behavioral changes; promptly communicate findings and assist with updating and implementing individualized service plans. Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments; oversee medication management processes and ensure continuity of nursing care. Assess, monitor, and support residents with chronic and acute medical conditions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. Respond appropriately to changes in residents' medical status, including initiating interventions and coordinating outside services when necessary. Participate in the admission, orientation, and ongoing evaluation of new residents to ensure a smooth transition into the AL/MC community. Support the Director of Health Services (DOHS) with resident assessments, care evaluations, and ongoing monitoring of resident health and safety. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and community protocols.
