This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who thrives in a collaborative but autonomous setting and is comfortable seeing patients in an independent capacity within a shared service model, with appropriate physician support and escalation pathways.In this role, the APP will manage a full spectrum of Gynecology Oncology visit types with MD collaboration, allowing for autonomy with built in clinical and professional support. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow patients within a wide variety of Gyn Onc clinical diagnoses. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of ambulatory GYN or Oncology experience, although highly motivated new graduates will be considered. Excellent communication skills are a must, in addition to strong clinical judgment, and the demonstration to work effectively in a high-acuity environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
