Availability:
- The ideal candidate will have Full Time locum availability
- However, the client will welcome candidates who can cover: Thursday and Friday from 7am-5pm in the hospital and preferably 1 weekend shift a month 5pm Fri -7am Monday.
Schedule:
- Rehab/ECF facility: Monday to Sunday 7a-5p
- Call Schedule: must be available for phone calls 5p-7a
Caseload:
- Percentage of Practice: Adult Inpatient - 100%
- PM&R: Sports/Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
- Average number of patients per day: 14
- Number of Physicians in a group: 7 PMR physicians
- Locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: No
- Other PM&Rs be present during our locum tenens coverage: No
Worksite Resource:
- X-ray onsite: YES
- Number of exam rooms: 14
- Documentation/EMR System: Epic (Hospital)
