Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney — Court & Outreach Leader

Catholic Charities Dallas is seeking a Staff Attorney to counsel clients on immigration matters and manage their cases. You will interview, inform, and prepare filings for USCIS and EOIR, and represent clients before the Dallas Immigration Court and DHS. The role involves outreach throughout the Diocese of Dallas, mentoring interns and staff, and staying current on immigration law and procedures.
