Responsible for teaching English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education, or High School Completion courses using instructional methods geared toward the adult learner in a classroom setting. Facilitate an environment that fosters the learning of all students. Utilize educational technology to support student's instruction and learning. Develop and deliver daily lesson plans utilizing a broad range of appropriate differentiated techniques and strategies to ensure learners meet or exceed learning targets. Analysis of real-time data pertaining to student learning Responsible for tracking student progress and communicating to students and administration.
