Responsibilities Promote, up‑sell, and enhance the hotel’s food and beverage products and services to all guests. Demonstrate a strong understanding of menu offerings, plate presentation, and portions. Strictly adhere to company‑wide and brand service delivery protocols. Operate ServSafe food and beverage protocols and maintain knowledge of all safety procedures. Maintain exceptionally clean, safe, and organized work areas, prepping appropriately for the next day’s business. Participate in banquet functions as needed, showing flexibility during high‑volume and holiday periods. Ensure table settings are clean, professional, and properly displayed; self‑bus duties as required. Qualifications Must provide award‑winning service, meeting or exceeding brand standards and SALT scores, and be a team player who collaborates well with other departments. Prior experience in restaurant, banquet, and/or food service roles is required. Excellent time management, organizational, and self‑management skills. Ability to work under pressure during high‑volume times to achieve service and F&B sales budgets/targets. Confident, self‑driven, dynamic, and eager to learn; receptive to direction and feedback. Extroverted personality with a genuine care for guests and daily interactions. Strong knowledge of restaurant/banquet set‑ups and MUST hold ServSafe certification.
