Dialysis Registered Nurse, RN

Provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery Build long-term relationships with patients and families Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient dialysis environment Requirements 12+ months of RN experience 6+ months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year Current RN license and CPR certification Charge RN readiness approval required ADN required; BSN preferred ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred CNN/CDN certification a plus Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook Ability to work consistent, predictable schedules, typically 3 to 4 days per week, including early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease, coordinating patient care plans, and supervising clinical staff in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis environment.
