Physical Therapist

Schedule: Day shift

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy
• Current California Physical Therapy License
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS Certification, approved by the AHA
• Passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE)
• One (1+) year of experience in acute, swingbed/skilled nursing and/or outpatient settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Administer therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide instruction and guidance to patients and families regarding treatment and home exercises.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
