Director Respiratory Care

Respiratory Care Program Leadership
Leads the development, coordination, and ongoing success of the Respiratory Care program, aligning every initiative with Community Medical Centers' mission and goals. Serves as a key liaison between physicians, medical groups, hospital leadership, staff, community partners, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional care delivery.
This role champions high-quality patient care by overseeing program operations and continuously elevating standards. Partners closely with medical and hospital teams to deliver comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective respiratory services across Community Regional Medical Center, Clovis Community Medical Center and Fresno Heart and Surgical Hospital. Provides strategic direction, mentorship, and support to leaders and staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
