Job Title: Truss Builder

Job Description

Join our team as a Truss Builder, where you will engage in hands-on work, constructing trusses with a team of 2-4 colleagues. You will utilize basic hand and power tools while standing throughout the day and working on large truss tables to ensure precision in the building process. This role offers the opportunity to earn weekly commissions based on your production, adding a rewarding financial incentive.

Responsibilities

• Build trusses using basic hand and power tools.
• Work collaboratively with a team of 2-4 members.
• Ensure trusses are built accurately on large truss tables.
• Engage in physical tasks, including climbing on truss tables.
• Read and interpret tape measures for precise measurements.
• Utilize carpentry and construction skills in assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Proficiency in carpentry and construction.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including climbing.
• Experience in assembly and measurement equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brainerd, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
