Production Planner (MRP II) - Level 2

Role Overview We have an immediate opportunity for a Level 2 Material Requirements Planner (MRP) at our King of Prussia facility. In this role you will support the tactical and strategic needs of fast‑paced, highly technical build cycles. Responsibilities Make part planning for all parts in assigned MRP Code(s) Work with key stakeholders to ensure prerequisite parts, materials, work instructions are available prior to scheduled start in production Support the release process for “make” assembly requirements and firm plans in SAP Provide detailed status and support for assigned scope Maintain data integrity within the SAP MRP system to ensure metric requirements are met Production order release, monitoring, and closure Facilitation of kit creation and delivery Material Master creation and management Manufacturing Bill of Material review Monitoring and recording of material usage Exception message monitoring and control Conduct floor stock availability and expiration date audits Basic Qualifications 1‑2 years of supply chain or shop floor support experience in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Farm Implement) Planning experience in a manufacturing setting Experience working in an ERP/MRP environment (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Above average Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, large data sets) Occasional weekend work as/if required Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Top Secret security clearance Desired Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Planning/Scheduling or Production (Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, etc.) Active Top Secret security clearance Experience using SAP as a production ERP/MRP system Experience with Microsoft Project, SAP, and/or Open Plan for scheduling Tableau/Tool management experience Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic environment Proactive change identification and cultivation Executive and stakeholder communication, briefing experience End‑to‑end lifecycle experience of planning and schedule management supporting program scope capture, implementation, and execution Benefits Medical (various plans) Dental 401(k) with generous matching Generous paid time off Work/life balance, family‑friendly environment Career development and learning opportunities Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognition Generous tuition reimbursement Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
