Learn more at About the Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking an Jr. IT Asset Management Specialist to join us. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Support asset inventory updates by logging new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers in asset management systems. Perform basic audits of IT assets to ensure records are accurate and up to date. Help coordinate the deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for employees and projects. Assist with software license tracking and compliance reporting. Respond to asset-related service requests and elevate issues as needed. Maintain documentation of asset records, ownership changes, and warranty details. Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and processing asset-related orders. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets. Generate reports on IT asset inventory and assist in data analysis. Qualifications Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field plus 0- 2 years of experience, or High School Diploma plus 6 -8 years of experience Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
