Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine individual client needs and guide treatment planning. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to the clients' unique situations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations to refine therapeutic approaches based on shared insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Many of our patients face unique challenges stemming from cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. Your role will involve understanding these nuances and delivering culturally competent care that respects each individual's life experiences.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Active and valid license in California to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, applied to create individualized treatment strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
