Lead Technician - CAT Support

Heavy Construction Equipment Lead TechnicianHOLT CAT in Georgetown is looking for a heavy construction equipment Lead Technician for the welding shop. The Lead Technician is responsible for performing inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of diesel-powered heavy construction equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines.Works as a leader of a team to provide welding services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals and meet the quality standards of CAT.The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are located at 2101 Airport Rd, Georgetown, TX 78628. Lead position – Generally has more than ten years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Lead Technician has a broad knowledge of the field's standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires no supervision.
