Hybrid Property Accountant: LIHTC & Budgets
Maiker Housing Partners
Maiker Housing Partners seeks a Property Accountant in Westminster, CO to handle complex GAAP-based property accounting for LIHTC projects and Maiker entities. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office) with a 60k-70k base salary and a 4-year accounting degree requirement. You will perform month-end close, budgeting, audits, and regulatory reporting to maintain data accuracy and support revenue goals. Experience with Yardi, HUD requirements, and LIHTC programs is preferred, as well as strong #J-18808-Ljbffr Maiker Housing Partners
