What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care within a busy OR environment
- Assist in general, robotics, GYN, and colorectal surgeries with proficiency
- Collaborate with surgical teams and support physicians during procedures
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure patient safety
- Participate in emergency response when assigned to Emergency Team
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and standards of care
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 3 years OR circulator experience
- Proficiency in general, robotics, GYN, and colorectal surgeries
- Epic experience
- Ability to work on-call and be part of backup call team
- Willingness to work two of four major holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
- Experience in a high-volume surgical setting
- Comfort with emergency response situations
