Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Flexible scheduling (7A–7P or 7P–7A; Full Time and Per Diem positions available!)

Our client, a mission-driven provider of care for medically fragile infants and children, is seeking compassionate Pediatric RNs for their Children's Transitional Care Homes — a setting where you truly get to know your patients and watch them grow.

These Children's Homes serve as a steppingstone between the hospital and the family residence. Instead of the constant hustle of a hospital floor, you'll work in a calm, home-like environment caring for the same children each shift, building real relationships with them, their families, and their caregivers. Care Teams prepare parents and guardians for the transition home, while I/DD and social work professionals collaborate to assess each child's needs.

What you'll do:

• Provide quality nursing care on a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Complete evaluations and assessments
• Participate in care team planning and implement interventions for appropriate care delivery
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care to medically fragile pediatric patients

Qualifications:

• RN License in the state of PA
• Minimum two (2) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
