Senior Facilities & IFM Lead - Zero-Disruption Pharma Plant

Genentech in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a Senior Manager of Facilities to oversee site management and external partners for a state-of-the-art biological manufacturing campus opening in 2028. You will lead strategic IFM relationships, drive compliance, and ensure seamless operations during launch and beyond.
