Staff Registered Nurse (RN) – Evening Shift Onsite | St. Petersburg, FL HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RNs) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this clinical care role. This position requires a nurse who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in long‑term care , with the ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality patient care during structured evening shifts. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient conditions and elevate changes promptly Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all care activities Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care teams Respond to patient needs and clinical situations with professionalism and urgency Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida Proven experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or nursing home environments (required) Strong understanding of patient care workflows in inpatient settings Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care Strong communication and documentation skills Stable and consistent employment history Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Experience in high‑capacity skilled nursing facilities (100+ beds) Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams Ability to manage patient needs in fast‑paced environments Experience supporting consistent patient outcomes and care quality HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history No experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings Acute care‑only backgrounds (ER, Med‑Surg, or hospital‑only experience) No active Florida RN license Weak documentation or communication skills Inability to operate effectively in structured care environments HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Active RN license with strong clinical foundation Direct experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care Comfortable delivering hands‑on patient care in inpatient settings Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to collaborate with care teams effectively Stable and consistent employment history Standout Candidates Include Nurses experienced in large skilled nursing facilities (150+ beds) RNs who thrive in structured, routine‑driven care environments Candidates with strong patient‑centered care approaches Nurses who demonstrate reliability, consistency, and accountability HireNow Package Compensation: $32.00 – $38.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential Location: Onsite in St. Petersburg, FL Schedule: Weekday evening shifts | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Full‑time or Part‑time available) Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Benefits eligibility after 60 days Opportunity to pick up additional shifts Stable and consistent scheduling HireNow Staffing Disclaimer All candidate information is handled confidentially and evaluated against defined requirements.
