- Strategically Source Talent utilizing our proprietary CRM and ATS, in addition to your own network and effective communication tools.
- Utilize Our Advanced Platform to manage candidates, track outreach endeavors, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we work to boost our collective brand and your own.

Your Profile
- 23+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience.
- A solid understanding of healthcare or a willingness to acquire knowledge, as we're here to support your growth.
- Proficient in nurturing client relationships and finalizing offers.
- Comfortable with ATS/CRM systems with the ability to learn ours seamlessly.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with aspirations of building a long-term career.
