Southampton Family Medicine is a busy, well-established family practice office with a large patient panel in a medically underserved and healthcare provider shortage area.

Bon Secours Southampton Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia. You'll work alongside 2 MDs and 2 highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.

* $40,000 Starting Bonus

* Guaranteed Base Compensation of $275,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met

Qualifications

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM/ABMS)

* Completion of a U.S.-based Family Medicine Residency

* Authorized to work in the U.S.

* Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality, community-based care

Southampton Memorial Hospital:

Southampton Memorial Hospital, established in 1963 is a 219 bed healthcare facility. The facility underwent a $24 million renovation with new construction of the ED and OR in 2004. All patient rooms at the hospital are private. Services include cardiopulmonary, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, home health, ICU, emergency services, full service laboratory, imaging services, nuclear medicine, and physical rehabilitation. There are 40 active staff members, 42 courtesy staff and 17 consulting staff.
