Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist to manage and enhance Microsoft 365 services and support key operational processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in MS Exchange Server, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for automation to improve workflow efficiency. This role requires collaboration within a large team and familiarity with complex environments. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced support for L3/L4 tickets and troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users. Plan, design, and implement changes to Microsoft 365 services to align with organizational needs. Offer guidance and mentorship to team members during project activities, promoting collaboration and skill growth. Automate repetitive tasks and requests to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency. Collaborate effectively within a large team and contribute to operations in expansive and dynamic environments. Administer and manage Microsoft365 services, ensuring optimal system performance and availability. Work extensively with SharePoint Online to support content management and collaboration needs. Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automating administrative tasks across Microsoft365 environments. Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience with MS Exchange Server. Proven ability to support and resolve complex L3/L4 end-user issues. Expertise in planning, designing, and implementing Microsoft 365 service changes. Strong leadership skills to guide team members and oversee project execution. Demonstrated ability to automate redundant tasks using advanced scripting techniques. Experience working in large-scale environments and coordinating effectively within large teams. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and management.
