Administrative and Accounts Receivable Specialist Hutchinson & Walter is a CPA firm in Bellevue, WA. We’re looking for a motivated Administrative & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This part‑time position combines accounts receivable management with administrative duties to keep our operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support for a Tax Partner (30%) Invoicing, check deposits, and payment posting Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate client account records Support month‑end AR reconciliation and reporting Serve as backup support for the front office What We’re Looking For 3+ years of administrative support experience2+ years of AR/Billing experience Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service mindset Hours: 20‑25 hours per week Pay: $30‑$35 hourly DOE If interested, please send your cover letter and resume to View email address on click.appcast.io .
