Program Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Radiography Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical education for our radiography program. In this onsite role, you will manage clinical placements, evaluate competencies, and foster preceptor development while ensuring strict adherence to accreditation standards and institutional policies. Key Responsibilities Program Management: Manage clinical site recruitment, assignments, and competency evaluations. Preceptor Development: Train and develop clinical preceptors, maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accreditation systems (e.g., JRCERT). Policy Enforcement: Ensure strict compliance with institutional and HR policies, including enforcing the rule that students must be directly supervised by an ARRT-certified radiographer until competency is achieved. Qualification Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or equivalent experience and training. Experience: clinical practice knowledge and applied background in a radiology modality. Certifications: Current, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography — R(R).
