Store Manager

Manage all aspects of the store Build, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team Create an exceptional customer experience and build brand loyalty Oversee store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer-service, and operational goals Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans Maximize sales through product knowledge, selling, and operational skills Motivate teams and provide performance feedback Set expectations and hold the store team accountable Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training Assist with floor sets, window changes, and visual merchandising Perform POS transactions on designated shifts Execute management functions when the Assistant Manager is absent Schedule employees to maximize productivity Report to the District Manager Requirements 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred) Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings Ability to build and manage teams Product knowledge, selling, and operational skills Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing store operations, building and developing high-performing teams, and maximizing sales through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.
