This is an ON-SITE position requiring 5 days per week in our Boston, MA office.

About the Department

The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team creates and maintains work environments that support productivity, collaboration, and innovation across Franklin Templeton's global offices. The team partners closely with employees, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure facilities operations run smoothly and consistently. Joining this team offers exposure to global operations, varied responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to a professional, service-focused workplace experience.

How You Will Add Value

Facilities Operations & Systems Support

• Manage maintenance and access requests through shared mailboxes.
• Support work order and card access systems.
• Process and track facility invoices.
• Submit monthly expense reports.
• Maintain compliant Certificates of Insurance.

Administrative & Team Support

• Maintain internal Corporate Real Estate & Facilities SharePoint content.
• Support global facilities, lease, and operations activities.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
• Assist with reporting, coordination, and documentation as needed.

Conference Center & Visitor Services

• Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
• Manage conference room reservations end to end.
• Schedule meetings, visitors, and parking using EMS.
• Verify daily room setups and visitor readiness.
• Coordinate arrivals with administrative partners.

Catering & Meeting Support

• Coordinate catering orders and setup requirements.
• Schedule audiovisual and Microsoft Teams support.
• Prepare daily setup and catering billing reports.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role

Experience, Education & Certifications

• 25 years of experience in administrative, facilities, or office operations roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Soft Skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Effective collaborator in a fast-paced environment.
• This position regularly interacts with clients, visitors, and employees and requires the ability to represent the organization in a positive, professional manner.
