Summary As a Flagship Brand Ambassador you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service on the retail floor of a flagship location. You will represent the brand to clients, deliver personalized shopping experiences, and support visual merchandising and store events. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to meet individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities Deliver personalized client service and build long-term customer relationships. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards on the sales floor. Support store events, product launches, and clienteling activities. Assist with stock replenishment and light inventory tasks as needed. Requirements 3+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably as a brand ambassador or sales associate. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
