Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings Hourly Rate Range: $19.50 - $26.50 This position is part‑time, primarily early morning work; you have the flexibility to work varied, traditional and non‑traditional hours. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and executing directives from the Area or District Manager, driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age to be a qualified van driver). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills. Strong customer service and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive motions. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative report and drug screen if required. A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required. We Encourage Applications from Candidates Who: Have no degree needed.
